Description

Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this Diesel shaft drive Birchwood 25 for sale.

Just reduced for quick sale

She is presented in original gelcoat and is a nice little boat with lots to offer her new owner. She has the added benefit of shore power fitted and is a cosy little place to be afloat.

She has an open plan layout with a dinette to port and compact galley to starboard. The heads compartment is also to starboard. She has pumped hot and cold water and a twin burner hob and concealed microwave cooker.

Her bow has the standard vee berth layout and she appears to be in nice tidy condition. The cockpit is trimmed in mid blue and is sociable and comfortable with an attractive wooden rear rail around. She has two forward facing seats and it is all very tidy.

The helm station is to port and has push button engine start and stop controls. The engine is a modern Beta 30 that looks amazingly clean and tidy. Her canopy appears to be perfectly serviceable and just needs some new bobble elastic tie downs at its base which are readily available and both cheap and very simple to fit.

Her mooring at St Olaves could be available as the owner is moving away and will not need the mooring. Please confirm directly with the marina.

The owner is in the process of organising a fresh Boat Safety Certificate so she should be starting the new season with a nice fresh certificate.

This is a spacious first boat that will be sure to delight her new owner.

These boat details are subject to contract.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
